Tri-Y designed with optimized tube lengths and specifically tuned paired opposite firing cylinders to improve cylinder scavenging, exhaust flow, and performance. These Headers includes an auxiliary O2 bung and plug for either a wide-band O2 sensor or other instrumentation. Brushed Finish stainless steel tubing for a corrosion resistant exotic look your C8 deserves. TIG Welded inlet ports for strength, eliminating flange warpage, and improves exhaust flow. Factory style laser cut 304 stainless steel flanges are used for a secure leak-free seal. This system has been designed to retain all factory sensors and is compatible with the factory catalytic converters for a hassle-free installation. Includes manifold bolts and factory gaskets for a direct bolt-on system. No cutting or modifications required. These headers produces a powerful sound unleashing all available horsepower and torque. Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, these headers are designed for custom, high tolerance factory fitment.
